Common failure of loader drive axle
1. Drive axle oil leakage. This is one of the most common failures and is usually caused by wear, damage or improper installation of the oil seal. The treatment method is to replace the oil seal or reinstall the oil seal, while checking whether the sealing surface around the oil seal has scratches or dents, if so, it should be repaired or replaced.

2. Excessive drive axle noise. This is another common failure, usually caused by poor gearing, damaged bearings, or insufficient lubrication. The treatment method is to adjust the gear clearance, replace the bearing or fill the appropriate lubricating oil, while checking whether the gear is worn, broken or deformed, and if so, it should be replaced.

3. The drive axle temperature is too high. This is a more serious failure, usually due to poor lubricating oil quality, insufficient oil or cooling system failure caused. The treatment method is to replace the qualified lubricating oil, add enough oil or clean the cooling system, and check whether the drive axle has abnormal conditions such as overload, speeding or excessive braking, and if there is, it should be eliminated in time.

1. Regularly check the lubricating oil quantity, quality and temperature of the drive axle, and replace the lubricating oil according to the use condition and the specified period.

2. Regularly check the various components of the drive axle, such as gears, bearings, oil seals, etc., and replace or repair in time if abnormal or damaged.

3. Regularly clean the cooling system of the drive axle to keep the cooling water flowing and prevent the drive axle from overheating.

4. Reasonable use of the loader to avoid overload, speeding or excessive braking and other operations to reduce the load and wear of the drive axle.
