First, check the oil before use

1. Check the amount of butter filling at each pin lubrication point, paying special attention to the parts with low butter filling frequency, such as: the front and rear axle drive shaft, the torque converter of model 30 to the transmission drive shaft, the subframe pin, the engine fan, the hood pin, the control flexible shaft and other hidden parts.

2. Check the fuel filling amount, pay attention to the inspection process to observe whether the quality of fuel has deteriorated, whether the water of the diesel filter is drained, and replace the fuel filter if necessary.

3. Check the amount of hydraulic oil filling, and pay attention to observe whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates during the inspection process.

4, transmission oil level check, check the process to observe whether the hydraulic oil deteriorates (oil and water mixing is milky, or the oil level is too high).

5, the engine coolant filling amount check, check the process to observe the coolant deterioration (oil and water mixed milky), water tank protection network is blocked, if necessary to clean.

6. Check the amount of engine oil filling to ensure that the oil level is within the standard range, and pay attention to the deterioration of the oil during the inspection process (whether there is oil-water mixing phenomenon, milky white).

7. Check the amount of brake fluid filling, and pay attention to observe whether there is leakage in the pipeline and brake caliper of the brake system during the inspection process, and whether the water in the exhaust cylinder is completely emptied.

8. Check the air filter, remove the filter element to remove dust, and replace it if necessary.

2. Check the loader before and after starting

1. Wrap the machine around the machine before starting, and check whether there are barrier-free and obvious defects around the loader.

2, insert the starting key, screw it to the first gear position, observe whether the instrument is working normally, whether the battery is sufficient, and whether the low-voltage alarm is normal.

3, start the engine idle state check whether the indicator value of each instrument is normal (whether the indicator value of each pressure gauge can meet the requirements of use, no fault code display).

4, parking brake effectiveness check, if necessary to adjust.

5, check the engine emission smoke is normal, there is no abnormal sound.

6, turn the steering wheel to check whether the steering is normal, there is no difference.

7, the control boom, bucket check to ensure that the operation process runs smoothly without stuck, no noise, if necessary, add butter.

Third, the loader walking inspection

1. Check each gear of the loader, whether the shift operation is smooth, whether there is stuck phenomenon, and whether there is abnormal noise during the walking process.

2. Check the braking effect, step on the foot brake during the front and back walking, check whether the braking effect meets the requirements, ensure that each braking is effective, and exhaust the brake pipe when necessary.

3, after stopping the machine again round, again check the brake pipeline, hydraulic pipeline, variable speed travel, power system for leakage phenomenon.
