1. Check whether there is dirt, rust or blockage inside and outside the tank. If so, it should be cleaned or replaced in time. When cleaning, you can use a soft brush or compressed air to blow off the dust on the surface, and then rinse with water. If there is rust or blockage, you can soak it with a special cleaning agent or acidic solution, and then rinse it off with water.

2. Check whether the coolant in the tank is sufficient, clean and qualified. If insufficient, should be replenished in time. If not clean or unqualified, should be replaced in time. When replacing, the old coolant should be discharged first, and then flush the inside of the tank with clean water, and then add the new coolant. The type and proportion of coolant should be selected according to the operating instructions of the loader or the requirements of the manufacturer.

3. Check whether the water tank cover is well sealed and whether there are cracks or deformation. If so, replace it in time. The water tank cover is an important part to maintain the pressure in the water tank, if it is not sealed well, it will cause the coolant to evaporate too quickly and reduce the cooling effect.

4. Check whether the connection between the water tank and the engine or radiator is leaking or loose. If yes, tighten or replace parts such as gaskets and hose in time. Leakage or loosening can lead to loss of coolant and affect the normal operation of the cooling system.

5. Check, clean and replace the coolant of the water tank regularly, and it is generally recommended to travel once a year or once every 10,000 kilometers. This can extend the service life of the water tank and improve the working efficiency and safety of the loader.
