First, external leakage

2. Cracking of the oil cylinder inlet and outlet tubing joint will also lead to leakage of the hydraulic cylinder.

3. Oil leakage caused by defects on the cylinder body or cylinder end cover of the 掘削機.

4. The piston rod is pulled and grooves, pits, etc.

5. Lubricating oil deterioration causes the cylinder temperature to rise abnormally and promotes the aging of the seal ring.

6. Oil leakage often occurs when the pressure range of the oil cylinder is exceeded.

2. Internal leakage

1. The wear ring on the piston is seriously worn, causing friction between the piston and the cylinder liner, and finally straining the cylinder liner, piston and seal.

2. The seal fails for a long time, and the piston seal (mostly U, V, Y ring, etc.) is aging.

3. The hydraulic oil is dirty, and a large number of impurities enter the cylinder and wear the piston seal to bad, generally for iron filings or other foreign bodies.

The use of hydraulic cylinder precautions

1. In normal use, we should pay attention to protecting the outer surface of the piston rod to prevent the damage of bumps and scratches to the seals. It is necessary to often clean the dust ring parts of the cylinder dynamic seal and the sand on the exposed piston rod to prevent the dirt pasted on the surface of the piston rod that is not easy to clean from entering the inside of the cylinder, resulting in damage to the piston, cylinder or seal.

2. In normal use, pay attention to regularly check the connection parts such as threads and bolts, and tighten them immediately if they are loose. Because these places loose will also cause the hydraulic cylinder oil leakage.

3. Lubricate the connecting parts frequently to prevent corrosion or abnormal wear without oil. Especially for some parts with rust phenomenon, it should be treated in time to avoid oil leakage of hydraulic cylinder caused by rust.

4. During regular maintenance, the hydraulic oil should be replaced regularly, and the system filter should be cleaned in time to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, which is also very important for extending the service life of the hydraulic cylinder.

5. Each time we use the excavator, we should carry out a full extension and full contraction test run for 3-5 strokes before working. The purpose of this is to exhaust the air in the system and preheat the system, so as to effectively avoid the existence of air or water in the system, causing a gas explosion in the cylinder block, which will damage the seals and cause failures such as leakage in the cylinder.
