How do I fill nitrogen?

Step 1: Prepare the tools

The second step is to remove the filler screws

Clean up the edge of the filler screw first, and then unscrew the filler screw with a screwdriver.

The third step is to install a nitrogen meter and measure the pressure

There are two interfaces at both ends of the gas meter, the big mouth (1) is connected to the nitrogen tank small mouth (2) is connected to the crushing hammer. The gas gauge also has a round pressure knob, which measures air pressure.

Install the nitrogen gauge on the screw of the filling port and start to measure the pressure. To ensure that the screw of the interface ② is installed, press the round pressure button ③ to measure the nitrogen pressure in the crushing hammer.

Step four, connect the nitrogen cylinder

Lift the round pressure knob ③ and zero the nitrogen gauge. Then open the screw of the interface (1) and connect the nitrogen meter to the nitrogen cylinder. All preparations are in place.

Step five, add nitrogen to the hammer

Open the valve of the nitrogen cylinder, turn it off after a while, and then open and turn it off again, so as to cycle, pay attention to the pressure of the nitrogen meter at any time, until the appropriate pressure is added.

When the correct pressure value is displayed on the pressure gauge, the regulator should be turned off clockwise. If the pressure is too high, the hammer will not work properly. Make sure that the air pressure meets the specified pressure value, and make sure that the three-way valve is equipped with O-rings.
