1. Fault and treatment of high hydraulic oil temperature
High hydraulic oil temperature will cause a series of problems, seriously affecting the normal operation of the machine. The increase in oil temperature will cause the viscosity of the hydraulic oil to decrease, the working efficiency of the system to decrease, and the friction resistance to increase, which may cause the hydraulic valve to get stuck, and the sealing material to deteriorate, causing the hydraulic system to leak.
(I) Poor heat dissipation performance of the oil tank
If the heat dissipation performance of the oil tank is poor, the oil temperature in the tank is easy to rise. To solve this problem, you can replace the oil tank with a larger volume to enhance the heat dissipation capacity of the oil, or install a cooling device to ensure that the oil temperature is maintained within a reasonable range.
(II) Improper selection of hydraulic oil
If the quality of the selected hydraulic oil does not meet the standard, or the operator mixes different types of hydraulic oil, it will cause the viscosity of the oil to increase abnormally.
