In the daily operation of small excavators, the interchange of buckets and hammers is a frequent task. In some working conditions, they need to be replaced two or three times a week. Each time a replacement is made, the first step is to remove the two axle pins connected to the cantilever. In the past, the traditional disassembly method relied on manual use of a sledgehammer to hit the axle pins, so that the hammer head or bucket was gradually separated from the connector. However, this sledgehammer knocking disassembly method has many disadvantages, and the operation process is extremely difficult. It not only consumes a lot of time and physical strength, but also has a high safety risk, greatly increases the labor intensity of workers, and the danger during operation cannot be underestimated.

In order to solve these problems, our factory has carefully developed and produced a small excavator bucket and hammer interchangeable disassembly device. The emergence of this device makes the operation of disassembling buckets and hammers simple and convenient, and at the same time has a high degree of safety and reliability, truly achieving the goal of saving time and effort.

This small excavator bucket and hammer interchangeable disassembly device has a sophisticated and practical structural design. It includes a pin sleeve set on the body of the small excavator, and the pin sleeve has two transverse holes. The two transverse holes of the interchangeable disassembly device are respectively connected to the two body connectors, and the two body connectors are respectively connected to the two tie rods. The two tie rods are connected to a crossbeam, which is connected to a lead screw by threads. The bottom end of the lead screw is closely attached to a protective pad, and a regular tetrahedron cap is provided at the top. In addition, the body connector is provided with a transverse axis and a vertical hole, and the transverse axis is precisely matched and connected with the transverse hole on the pin sleeve. An inner screw hole is processed at the center of the crossbeam, which is threadedly connected to the lead screw. There are also longitudinal jacks on both sides of the crossbeam. The tie rods pass through the vertical holes on the body connector and the longitudinal jacks on the crossbeam in turn, and are finally fixed by threading with the nut.

It is worth mentioning that the design of the protective pad of the interchangeable disassembly device for the bucket and hammer of a small excavator is also very clever. A circular groove is provided on the upper surface of the protective pad, which just abuts against the bottom end of the lead screw, and a limit groove is provided on the lower surface, which can be perfectly connected with the top of the pin shaft on the body of the small excavator.

This small excavator bucket and hammer interchangeable disassembly device has significant advantages. It cleverly utilizes the original transverse holes of the components on the small excavator body to firmly fix the disassembly device on the body. At the same time, based on the principle of leverage, the pin to be disassembled can be slowly and smoothly ejected through this device. This method effectively reduces the damage that the axle pin and the axle hole may suffer during the disassembly process, greatly reduces the labor intensity of the workers, shortens the operation time, and significantly improves the efficiency of maintenance work.
