2. Fill up various oils as required, and fill up all lubricating parts with sufficient engine oil, gear oil and grease as required.

3. Check the liquid level of cooling water, battery electrolyte and tire pressure as required.

4. Check the bolts and nuts of the entire airport trailer.

5. Start the engine, check and eliminate oil and water leakage.

Please note

1. Check whether the brakes, torque converter and steering device are working properly if there is no adjustment.

2. Check whether the electrical system is faulty or short-circuited.

3. When the new airport tractor travels 10-15 kilometers, check whether the torque converter, drive shaft, main drive, wheel housing and brake have high heat and abnormal noise, and remove them immediately if there is any.

4. Check and tighten all fasteners.

Normal use period

1. Before operating the airport tractor every day, check whether the liquid levels of various oils such as water, engine lubricating oil, fuel, electrolyte, etc. are normal, whether the tire pressure is normal, whether the steering wheel, brake pedal, various lamps are normal, whether the instruments and speakers are normal, and whether the fasteners are loose.

2. Put the shift lever in the neutral position, insert the key into the ignition lock, turn the key clockwise to the preheating "on" position, and then turn it to the start position to start the engine. The time for starting the circuit should not exceed 5 seconds, and the second start should be after ten seconds. If multiple starts are unsuccessful, check whether the fuel supply system and ignition system are faulty, and start after troubleshooting. The ignition switch of the airport tractor has an "anti-restart" function.

3. At the beginning of driving, test to ensure that the foot brake and parking brake performance are good and reliable.

4. High-speed driving is allowed when unloaded, and low-speed driving is only allowed when fully loaded. Drive at low speed when going uphill, and do not allow entering neutral when going downhill, and cut off the ignition circuit.

5. Unless it is an emergency, do not step on the brake pedal too hard to avoid wearing the tires.

6. When driving an airport tractor, listen carefully for any abnormal sounds. Stop to check and clean if necessary.

7. If not used for a long time, drain the cooling water and fuel, fill up the lubricating oil, protect the exposed parts from rust, store the battery after fully charging, and then check the engine regularly. In addition, use a jack to support the balance to prevent the rear tire from deforming.
