First of all, rotate two circles around the machine to check the appearance and mechanical chassis for abnormalities, as well as whether the slewing support has grease outflow, and then check the deceleration brake device and the bolt fasteners of the track, the tightening of the screw, the timely replacement of the replacement, if it is a wheeled excavator, it is necessary to check whether the tire is abnormal, and the stability of the air pressure.

Check whether the excavator bucket teeth have greater wear, it is understood that the wear of the bucket teeth will greatly increase the resistance in the construction process, will seriously affect the work efficiency, and increase the wear of equipment parts.

Check the rod and cylinder for cracks or oil leaks. Check the battery electrolyte to avoid low level.

The air filter is an important part to prevent a large amount of dusty air from entering the excavator, and it should be checked and cleaned frequently.

Often check whether fuel oil, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, etc. need to be added, and select the oil according to the requirements of the manual, and keep it clean.
