Iron filings were found in the hydraulic system of a small excavator. The oil tank and pipelines needed to be cleaned up immediately, and a strong magnet was placed in the hydraulic oil tank, because there might be iron filings in the radiator and other places. Even if the radiator was replaced, it could not be guaranteed to be clean. How to solve this problem? I want to install a magnet filter at the front end of the large pump. Is it feasible? ”

The general method of judging the location of iron chips in the hydraulic system of a small excavator:

The shiny ones are produced by the oil cylinder, because of the low speed, they have not lost their luster.

The dark ones are produced by the pump or the motor bearing, because of the high-speed rotation, they are dull.

Judgment of the situation:

If the iron chips are relatively large and can be easily found in the oil tank, the person thinks that the oil cylinder is more likely to be damaged.

If there is no major problem with the filter element of the hydraulic system, the valve and the pump itself are unlikely to produce iron chips. It is possible that there are iron chips in the radiator and hard pipe. Of course, this situation will only occur briefly when the car is new or some parts are replaced.

The pressure on the return oil line is low, and you can choose to add a filter element with higher precision. If it is not in the oil tank, it seems that it does not matter whether it is magnetic or not. The hydraulic oil flow rate in the pipeline of general caliber is very high, and it is difficult for ordinary magnets to absorb it.

1. The engine water temperature is high. After removing the thermostat, the small hole under the thermostat seat should be plugged with a wooden plug to prevent hot water from recirculating.

2. The vacuum generated on the separated side of the gear pump is the suction port. The volume on the extrusion side becomes smaller, generating pressure, which is the discharge port. The back of the 3-shaped valve plate is always facing the discharge port. The valve plate generates axial force to squeeze the gear under the pressure of the pressure oil to strengthen the seal. It also has the function of automatically compensating the clamping force after wear.

3. The smallest core in the pilot handle mainly plays a micro-operation role.

4. If individual parts are often blocked, check whether the pipe is caused by internal peeling.

5. The spring of the distributor valve stem is thinner in the middle than the outer ring. It should play a stroke buffer role at the end of the action stroke, and the middle sleeve limits the valve stem stroke.

7. The secondary pilot pressure is normal, but the action is slow. The car is hammered. It should be considered whether there is dirt in the valve core in the pilot handle that limits its stroke, so that the stroke is reduced (even if the operation is maximum). Although the pressure is sufficient, the flow is insufficient, the force generated on the valve stem is not enough, the valve stem opening is not enough, and the related actions will be slow.

8. The combined action is slow or does not move. The relevant pilot secondary pressure is lower than 20KG.
