If the end face is uneven, it can be ground flat; if the pressure ring is warped, it needs to be repaired and leveled, and the sharp edges need to be removed.

Sealing ring processing: If the large and small sealing rings are not in close contact, they can be re-grinded to form a uniform and continuous grinding ring belt. During the operation, it should be noted that the ring end face is not allowed to hit and the spouse ring is not disrupted, and the thickness of the ring should be kept consistent, otherwise it needs to be replaced.

Rubber ring adjustment: If the thickness of the rubber ring is not enough, it is allowed to wrap asbestos rope to make it tighter than 0.15-0.20 kg per square centimeter.

Parts repair: The axle is bent, out of round or the neck is worn, as well as the wear of the supporting wheel hub and the seal housing matching belt. All need to be repaired.

Wear compensation and replacement: When the bearing and the sealing ring are worn on the plane, a 2-4 mm thick oil-resistant rubber ring can be used between the sealing sleeve and the end face of the hub according to the degree of wear. After installation, the sealing sleeve assembly should be able to rotate freely on the hub. In addition, a gasket with an outer diameter of 100 mm, an inner diameter of 85 mm, and a thickness of 1.5 mm can be used between the outer ring of the bearing and the support shoulder of the sealing housing to compensate for the bearing wear. When the height of the sealing sleeve is less than 32 mm and the width of the bearing is less than 41 mm, it should be replaced with a new one in time.

Paper pad inspection: The paper pad on the supporting wheel should be kept intact and of appropriate thickness to ensure its normal sealing and buffering effect.
