1. Treatment of air filter and muffler
1. Change the way of support: the two were originally connected to the engine, but can be changed to the way of fixing the frame, and at the same time, it is necessary to install vibration isolation pads, gaskets, etc.
2. It should be connected to the engine (or fan) through an elastic tube.
3. The high frequency vibration of the two is strong, and in a high temperature environment, it is necessary to do heat resistance damping treatment, such as pasting self-adhesive asphalt damping plate, thickness 3±0.5mmm, and consider replacing the appropriate muffler.
2. Engine room inner wall treatment
1. The inner wall of the engine compartment is treated with damping and sound absorption, and the sound absorption material in the compartment should have the characteristics of heat insulation, high temperature resistance, non-spontaneous combustion, non-flammable and non-combustion-supporting.
2. The ventilation grille at the air inlet on both sides of the engine room is fixed by two screws and the frame, resulting in relatively strong vibration, and the improvement of the connection mode can be considered.
3. Handle the fan and heat sink
1. The rear cover door ventilation grille sheet is coated with heat-resistant damping material.
2. The ventilation grille opening form is changed to louver type, and the sound absorption material is pasted on the two sides.
3. The fixing effect of the lock fixing mechanism of the rear cover is not good, and the gap under the bottom edge of the rear cover door is large, and thin rubber strips can be used to improve the sealing.
4. Replace a large diameter, small speed of low noise fan, when conditions permit, can install the fan clutch, at a lower temperature can achieve fan closure, both to reduce noise, and reduce energy consumption, but this should be considered in terms of space and cost whether it is necessary.
4. Engine cover door treatment
1. Remove or reduce the ventilation grille of the upper cover door to reduce the transmitted sound.
2. Perform damping treatment and sound absorption treatment on the lower side of the upper cover door.
3. The back edge of the upper cover door is sealed with a thin rubber strip at the joint surface of the upper frame of the radiator.
