Overview

The BONOVO MQC40 Mechanical Quick Hitch Coupler devices usually consist of fixed connectors, lock hooks, compression springs and quick coupler hydraulic cylinders.

The fixed connecting body is made of a frame structure welded by longitudinal side plates and transverse connecting plates. The rear side is provided with holes for connecting the excavator bucket rod and connecting rod. The rear part of the movable lock tongue is connected to the fixed connecting body through the lock tongue shaft and the shaft sleeve, and can rotate around the lock tongue pin axis. There is a hole connected to the control cylinder in the middle part of the lock tongue. The control cylinder is hinged with the fixed connector through the rear pin of the oil cylinder and the front pin of the oil cylinder respectively. The compression spring is placed on the control cylinder to overcome the falling off of the working device caused by sudden failure of the hydraulic cylinder.
